Educational Curriculum
When it comes to educational curriculums Kennedy Kids Childcare Centre is child focused. Our highly trained educators work around a child’s interests, strengths, experiences, culture, family, and spirit. This approach aids children in by providing them with endless and engaging learning opportunities. Our Educators believe in using spontaneous experiences as well as using the traditional teaching methods. Both methods combined are a great thorough way at extending upon children’s interests and developing known and new skills. We pride ourselves on our techniques and being able to collaborate with families to gain information that can be extended upon through our curriculum. We encourage all families to share any special ideas, talents, experiences, or traditions that can be used in conjunction with the centre’s curriculum and children.
The Early Years Learning Framework Australia informs the development of our curriculum which aims to enhance each individual child’s learning and development.
Kennedy Kids Childcare uses a software called Kindy Hub. Children’s development and learning both individually and in groups is documented and sent to families via an app which can be installed on your mobile or via email. We aim to connect you with your child and their learning during their time with us. And we know you love to see photos of what your little ones up too during the day!
