Our team understand the responsibility that comes with the role of an educator and are committed to ensuring that every child not only enjoys their time with us but has been exposed to every available developmental and learning opportunity.
We believe that for all children to reach their full potential there’s a need to provide outstanding and nurturing care, so they feel safe and secure in their environments. Children will then be able to develop the skills to foster long term relationships, which will assist them in their future interactions and life skills.
Professional development, and ongoing training is an important part of all our educator’s professionalism and Kennedy Kids Childcare actively supports professional development for all our team members in order for them to further develop themselves professionally and keep up to date with the latest research and techniques in early childhood education.
